OpenSquare has extensive Furniture Project Management experience and capability. Project Managers are assigned to major accounts/customers to ensure consistency and a thorough understanding of customer needs.

The scope of services offered under project management varies depending on customer needs. Services may be as narrow as overseeing the installation or reconfiguration of furniture based on a third party design. or as comprehensive as overseeing the complete project cycle, including space/asset management, design, specification, furniture installation, move management and tenant improvements.

The integration of these varied services is a core strength of OpenSquare, and the project management function is a key element of our effectiveness. Our Project Managers are hired and trained with a defined set of core competencies, including project management methods and concepts, project management software, product application, product specification and ordering protocols, trade coordination, project estimation and product installation. During the installation/construstion process, the OpenSquare Project Manager ensures the final quality of the job performed, as well as conformance to all applicable safety requirements.

When the line between "furniture" and "space" is blurred, and adjustments to architectural elements are required, OpenSquare has the expertise to manage project scope involving floors, walls and ceilings.
