Part of the reason  we love our  name is the direct connection the word “square” has with the word “community”. In the past, the public square was a gathering place to share information and ideas. It was a space to meet with people and connect. There was communal energy that made for great communication and sharing…and that is part of the OpenSquare core values.

At OpenSquare we continue in the tradition of BarclayDean and Bank & Office Interiors by being heavily involved in local community through volunteer activities, sponsorships of organizations, and in-kind donations to charities we feel are making a difference. We are constantly looking for new ways to be a part of our great state – from the South Sound all the way through to Spokane. We encourage our employees to take an active role where they can and offer opportunities to participate through our CAP Team (Celebrating Achievements & People).  From donating time to food banks or picking up trash for the Adopt-A-Street program, our employees are willing to share and help where they can.
